Hugging this character: Pietro, yes. Everyone else, if she knows you, maybe it's okay. She can be a tactile person once you get through her outer shell.
Kissing this character: Wouldn't risk it without a reason.
Flirting with this character: She might not really know how to react, but give it a shot and see what happens.
Fighting with this character: Definitely
Injuring this character: Blood drawn, lacerations, light to medium injuries
Killing this character: Not unless we're doing some fun afterlife/Soul Stone things.
Using telepathy/mind reading abilities on this character: She's going to know, and get mad, and probably retaliate fast unless you give her a really good reason that you're rummaging around in there.

Warnings: Wanda's powers involve "neuro-electric interfacing, telekinesis, mental manipulation." She can move stuff, and she can get into minds, read what's there, take things out and put other things in. If a character hasn't been trained in keeping telepaths out, they will be vulnerable, but I'll do my best to keep her powers in check and use them at a reasonable level to avoid level-up battles. I don't use any comics influences, check this for more details on this particular MCU-only version of Wanda.
